Since many insurance companies do not cover visits to the nutritionist, I do not
accept insurance as payment. I do accept MasterCard, Visa, personal checks,
and cash.
I provide you with a receipt which is medically coded according to your health
issue(s) which you can submit to your health insurance provider for
reimbursement according to the specifics of your plan. Most often you can
submit charges to a flexible spending account. Please contact your health
insurance provider if you have questions about your coverage.
