The Comprehensive Nutritional Assessment is essential for each new client
and is the first appointment.
Questionnaires are completed and returned to me in advance of the
consultation for my review and analysis. We then meet for 2 hours to review
this information and explore your history and needs in more detail. I then
provide you with my recommendations for diet modification. Nutritional
supplement recommendations may also be made during the visit if appropriate
for your needs. This consultation can also be conducted by telephone or SKYPE
if necessary.
In addition to the guidelines provided during the Comprehensive Nutritional
Assessment, a Customized Meal Plan is also available upon request at an
additional charge. This is a Meal Plan I design especially for you based on your
nutritional needs, activity level, food preferences, and lifestyle. In addition to
the plan, you are provided with a brief written summary of your guidelines
and nutritional supplement recommendations.
Follow-Up Visits are recommended for certain nutrition issues and especially
weight loss. They can be conducted in person, by telephone, or via web
conferencing using SKYPE. Office visits are 45-60 minutes. Telephone and
web conferencing sessions can be conducted in 30-60 minutes.
I also conduct personal or small group Supermarket Tours.
